Superbowl Jambalaya

It's Superbowl Sunday! I don't know why I am using exclamation points since I'm not really into football and neither is my mom and if the Eagles aren't in it then my dad doesn't care!! But it is my duty as an American male to pretend to act like it's a big deal.

So today my mom and I made jambalaya while my dad went mountain biking. I helped a lot. I refused to eat it because it was too spicy, but I do like to help my mom in the kitchen.

Then it was off to the Treehouse Cafe in Chestnut Hill for a long blissful afternoon of playing in the great indoor play area while my mom chowed down on a yummy turkey panini. What a great Sunday.
